Abstract

There is similarity between lover and editor. A fiancée loses balance if lovers are many. Huge demand perplexes her. She promises someone in the morning and rejects that very guy in the evening of that very day. She cannot select and predict future. Similarly, an editor accepts any article and rejects the same subsequently. Thus the mood and motive of both fiancée and editor are gloriously so uncertain. None of them can predict. Sometimes they cannot predict their locusstandi even.
