Abstract
Care for duty is a qualification. Hankering after luxury is a disqualification. Indifference to luxury is a qualification. Such indifference is a difficult task. All cannot be indifferent to sensual pleasure. Proper training is required in this regard. Good environment helps to acquire it. Proper culture sharpens it. Good culture protects it. Personal care paves the way to flourish it.
