Abstract
If the disabled are rehabilitated properly then there will be no problem. Actually it depends upon the perception of the people and society as a whole. Such services to the ailing humanity enhance good wishes and awaken moral values already in man. Poor widow, deserted women caused by trafficking should properly be rehabilitated.
