Abstract

Author writes cautiously to create best article. Author submits to the editor. Editor examines the article cautiously to publish best journal. Editor rejects the article. Both the author and the editor are cautious. The former one is cautious in creation. The latter one is cautious in rejection. They say interview is a process not for selection rather for elimination. This is equally true in the world of publication. The paradox is that good writing of unknown author is rejected but bad writing of known author is accepted. New author has no lobby. Here lies the uniqueness of caution rather than unique caution.
