Abstract

An organization, for the sake of reputation, may display, “no compromise with quality”. The paradox is that they did not display, “no compromise with quantity”. As such, there is no bar to compromise with quantity. Thus the highest bidder captures the job. As a result outcome of the organisation deteriorates, since corruption is considered as alternate of transparency.
