Abstract
The rich can afford always. The poor cannot. In contrast, a callous person can afford never. It fails successfully in each and every step of life. Also luck is a great factor that plays a crucial role. A rich can afford the fare of the flight. If the rich misses the flight then his afford becomes valueless. As such afford may not guarantee the outcome of any event always. Here time is a crucial factor.
