Abstract

The word multi means many. So multidisciplinary approach means studying the same topic from the viewpoint of more than one discipline. It combines the knowledge and skills from various academic disciplines to redefine problems. It is the method that highlights the diverse perspectives that different disciplines can bring to illustrate theme, subject or issues. The purpose to this research article is to identify and understand the obstacles involved with the multidisciplinary approach. The benefits, challenges, advantages and disadvantages of multidisciplinary approaches.
