Abstract

shiksha ko sarthak banane ke lie nirantar prayas kiye ja rahe hain| is prayaas mein saphalata tabhee praapt ho sakatee hai jab shiksha suniyojit ho| isee kaaran prashikshaarthiyon ko adhyaapan ka kushal prashikshan dena anivaary hai| jin mahaavidyaalayon mein in prashikshaarthiyon ko prashikshan dekar yogy adhyaapak banaaya jaayega un mahaavidyaalayon kee vastusthiti gyaat karana anivaary hai| sarakaar dvaara anudaan pradaan mahaavidyaalayon kee vastusthiti ko gyaat karane hetu shodhaarthinee ne svanirmit prashnaavalee tatha aavashyak shodh kriyaon ka prayog kiya hai| shodh kriyaon dvaara praapt aankadon ke aadhaar par gyaat hua ki uttaraakhand raajy ke gadhavaal mandal mein sthit sarakaar dvaara anudaan pradaan adhyaapak prashikshan sansthaon (b.aid chollaigais) kee vikaas kee vastusthiti saamaany hai |
