MEASUREMENT OF EDUCATIONAL SATISFACTION LEVEL OF MUNDARI TRIBAL GROUPS IN BAGDAH BLOCK UNDER THE DISTRICT NORTH 24 PARGANAS, WEST BENGAL

Abstract

In the school education system at the stage of primary and upper primary level student may strive to do their best when they are joyful and have a strong sense of purpose in their lives. But no matter how supportive and encouraging schools and families are, students suffer when they are unhappy and cannot find meaning in their own lives. This is especially true for 15-year-olds, who are in the middle of adolescence – a period of rapid change when social, emotional, cultural and economic influences on health and well-being on satisfaction level. It is also a time of emerging independence and self-discovery, when certain vulnerabilities may be revealed and challenges – to the adolescent and to his or her environment We started analyzing the data using the Mundari people of karanga village of west Bengal to General Social Surveys and observe some negative effects on society. We will present these and discuss additional results obtained. Further, we will compare Mundari village and bagdha block to consider how each block attempts to address this issue on school dropout system. Bagdha block and people of karanga village have to need many social dynamics such as the importance of education for social mobility. Yet, they differ in different types of educational structure in primary and upper primary level, which in turn affects individual job-seeking skilled based satisfaction in school education system.
