Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology that is reshaping organizational practices and Human Resource Management functions across industries. The integration of AI into recruitment and employee management processes has enabled organizations to improve operational efficiency, enhance workforce productivity, and strengthen talent management practices. The present study examines the impact of Artificial Intelligence on recruitment and selection processes as well as employee engagement and performance management in modern organizations. The study is based on primary data collected from 488 respondents representing different organizational sectors and professional categories. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection, and statistical tools such as percentage analysis, mean score analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were employed for data analysis. The findings reveal that Artificial Intelligence significantly improves candidate screening efficiency, reduces recruitment time, enhances hiring quality, strengthens employee engagement, improves employee productivity, and contributes positively to organizational effectiveness. The results further indicate a significant positive relationship between AI adoption and employee engagement and performance management practices. The study concludes that Artificial Intelligence has become an important strategic tool for modern organizations seeking to improve talent acquisition and workforce management effectiveness. The findings provide valuable implications for Human Resource professionals, managers, and policymakers involved in AI-driven organizational transformation.
