Abstract

haal ke varshon mein dijital vipanan mein krtrim buddhimatta (ai) ke samaaveshan ne ek naya aayaam jod diya hai, jisase upabhoktaon se judane ke tareeke aur unakee khareed sambandhee nirnayon mein bada parivartan aaya hai. yah adhyayan beekaaner jile mein ai-aadhaarit anushansa pranaalee, chaitabot, voyas sarch aur vaiyaktikrt vipanan jaisee navaachaaron ka upabhokta vyavahaar par padane vaale prabhaav ka vishleshan karata hai. adhyayan mein 120 upabhoktaon se ek sanrachit prashnaavalee ke maadhyam se praathamik aankade ekatr kie gae aur varnanaatmak evan anumaapak saankhyikeey vidhiyon dvaara vishleshan kiya gaya. nishkarshon se spasht hota hai ki ai-aadhaarit navaachaar upabhokta vishvaas, santushti aur khareed kee pravrtti ko prabhaavit karate hain.
