Abstract

dijital teknolojee ke tezee se vikaas ne maarketing pheeld mein kraanti la dee hai. aartiphishiyal intelijens (ai), chaitabot, prediktiv enaalitiks, parsanalaizd aid aur soshal meediya elgoridam aaj kanjyoomar ke khareedane ke phaisalon par seedhe asar daal rahe hain. is risarch pepar ka makasad beekaaner jile mein kanjyoomar par in dijital maarketing inoveshan ke asar kee stadee karana hai. stadee ke lie, 150 kanjyoomar ka sarve kiya gaya. nateejon se pata chalata hai ki ai-besd edavarataijing, prais kamperijan tools, vois asistent (jaise eleksa, googal asistent), aur smaartaphon-besd sujhaav kanjyoomar ke khareedane ke vyavahaar par kaaphee asar daalate hain. haipothisis testing se dijital maarketing mein ai inoveshan aur kanjyoomar ke khareedane ke phaisalon ke beech staitistikalee ek aham rishta saamane aaya.
