A STUDY ON JOB SATISFACTION AMONG COLLECTION EXECUTIVES WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO MADURAI CITY

Abstract

This study investigates the job satisfaction levels among collection executives in Madurai city, with a focus on understanding the factors that influence their satisfaction within their work environment. Through a structured survey and analysis of collected data, the study explores various dimensions of job satisfaction, including organizational support, job autonomy, compensation, and interpersonal relationships. Additionally, it examines the impact of demographic variables such as age, gender, and educational background on job satisfaction levels. The findings of this research contribute to a better understanding of the factors influencing job satisfaction among collection executives in the specific context of Madurai city, providing valuable insights for organizations to enhance employee satisfaction and overall productivity.
